Turnkey interior project
In our studio, a turnkey project starts with the preparation described under concept design, followed by supervision of the work itself, from idea to completion.
This includes working with the contractors on site during the works, preparing the documentation, coordinating with the contractor on the building site, visiting furniture and lighting showrooms, obtaining quotes, organising deliveries, styling and, finally, photographing the finished project.
For this type of project I work only with trusted contractors I have collaborated with before.
Clients appreciate this way of working because it saves time, offers more flexibility, makes the process less stressful and makes it easier to find alternative solutions when the situation on site calls for it.
You could say that a turnkey project is a way to save yourself time and stress and leave the execution in the hands of professionals.
